Even Emeril had to start somewhere. Well, Robert helped out Grandma Louise this morning as she was preparing some carne adovada (pork and red chile). Instead of "Bam!" Robert was doing "The alligator" with the tongs. In 20 years perhaps he will do this with a bit more flare and have screaming fans around him.
